Met up with Eelin and Carmen! Had our lunch at Tampines One's Ssikkek Korean Grill BBQ. First time for Woon and I while Carmen probably ate there a zillion times already.
The food was so-so only in my opinion. Korea's bbq is really so much nicer! Or probably because i've been having quite a few buffets recently? I think the only thing that's above average was the kimchi. Haha. Drinks weren't free flow too. Carmen kept cooking for us with her own recipe. Like chicken meat on top of the enoki mushrooms. Or wrapping bacon around the enoki mushrooms. Or cooking the corns on top of the cabbage. Lol.
Total damage that day was ~$28 for the bbq buffet and $8.50 for The Delivery Man movie! Not too bad! Funny + touching at some parts.
