Went to work today and the first thing boss said to me was to go queue for Tim Ho Wan at Bedok Mall at 11.30am. When it was 11.30am my colleague still reminded me, "妹妹, 十一点半了! 要去排队了!" Boss still said good luck to me before i left. Hahaha, they super excited to eat at Tim Ho Wan uh.
Reached there and there was a long queue line already.
The queue moved pretty fast i feel. But strictly speaking i waited for more than an hour. Still better than the situation at Plaza Sing i guess. Overheard the people queuing in front of me saying they queued for 3 hours at PS. :/

Somehow we ended up ordering 2 servings of 3 different types of chee cheong fan. Liver, shrimp and prawn. Hahaha, full die us.
I managed to take photos of the food because two other colleagues are the type who must take pictures of food. Hahaha. So i was less paiseh and joined them. Hehe. But these weren't all that we ordered. There were century porridge, glutinous rice etc. The bill came up to $122.40? Pretty expensive. A colleague paid $50 because she got promoted recently and the remaining was split between my other colleagues. They said to treat it as a thank you meal from them for helping them as well.

They kept thanking me for queuing for them too. No big deal actually, i don't mind waiting plus i am like the queen of stoning which makes time pass very quickly. But apparently they have been wanting to come but couldn't find the time. They are always so busy, so when i'm finally here i can actually help to queue. Haha.
My verdict for Tim Ho Wan? Worth a try but i wouldn't say i would crave to come back for more. Although i really like their char siew pau! It's like my favourite bo lo pau + char siew all in one bun. Haha.

And one of my colleague passed me this early in the morning! So nice and sweet of her! Really love the personalized blackboard clip and the cute Santas on the wrapper!
Today was just awesome la. Boss seems to be in a pretty good mood. Helped her do some stuffs today and i was really gan jiong that she had to ask me to calm down. Lol. Apparently i was running here and there and she laughed at me. "妹妹啊,你在这里做工得跑来跑去 hor?"
Hanor, the pace is really scary can. But yay! Weekends! 2 days to rest from a hectic week!
