I spent my last weekend attending birthday parties and because there were quite a few secondary school friends who went it was quite fun! Rachel's birthday party was on Saturday (14 Dec). Wj gave me a ride again! Lester couldn't join us because he was feeling unwell. This means more space to lombang others. Haha. Eelin and Kat came with us this time round! Like finally saw Eelin after sooooo long. I think almost one year already?!
Super miss secondary school days. Just chatting with these bunch of people makes me miss those days when everything was much simpler and fun. We've all grown but somehow still the same around one another.

And oh! The mille crepes cake was so awesome! I have not eaten it before but know about it because the other time i did some research and saw this mille crepes cake in Malacca which i wanted to try but didn't in the end. I was so excited when i realised Rachel's cake was mille crepes. I think only Carol and I know what is it. The guys were all, "What's that?" I was trying to explain by saying, "There, you see, got a lot of layers one." Then Zw replied, "A lot of layers? Kueh Lapis?" Hahahaha. Omg, who will have kueh lapis for birthday cake?
Anyway it's damn nice la. Must eat when it's cold cold. Super shiok! I still said that i wanna cry because it was too good. Then every one started pushing to me second servings. Lol.
Attended zhong wei's birthday party the next day. It was raining all the way but i was lucky to get a ride from wj again. This time there were fewer people going so it was just me and wj while we met and followed rachel's car from tanah merah. The place is quite ulu but superrrr huge! So many rooms and huge toilets. The rooms can be a bit creepy. Chatted about random stuffs and even about going overseas. Lol.

牛奶酥饼 + hot milo i brought from home!
Colleagues were too busy handling handing over and taking over of tenants so i had lunch myself! I decided to skip lunch this time to save a bit of money. So i survived on this 牛奶酥饼 which Lester got me from his Taiwan trip. He gave me a box and i only brought one to work that day la. It's not bad! I even made sure i finished the crumbs. Lol. Omg, so 寒酸 like that. Anyway i went to the library wanting to borrow a book. Finally chose one and when i proceed to the borrowing machine i realised i forgot to bring my cards out from the office! Tried my luck by asking the customer service if i could borrow without my card but they said they need the physical card. Sigh.
Tuesday was okay. Had lunch and then i went off with a colleague to do some shopping for refreshments at NTUC. Yay, more food to eat! Packed goodies to be given to other staff. Because i am a temporary staff i was given the task by my boss to wrap her presents for other people. Aiya, just do all the 劳工. Just realised one of my colleague graduated from Nus RE as well. She even asked if i'm want to go to Prof Ooi's gathering. At first i was damn blur, thinking why got a tenant/client who is a prof until i realised she's talking about school. Like huh, i don't even know that he had a gathering also. Lol. Awkward...

The company received a hamper on Wednesday and there were cupcakes inside! The one i randomly chose was salted caramel from Plain Vanilla Bakery! So soft and fluffy but the icing is a tad too salty and sweet. Ikr, it's salted caramel what, so what am i saying? Lol.
Colleague also bought something pretty expensive and manage to redeem 3 forever bear umbrellas! She gave me one which came in handy when I walked home in the heavy rain...
Today a colleague received cupcakes from someone and shared them with us! This time i chose the red velvet one, from Twelve Cupcakes!
And oh, today boss said i improved. Finally not saying i'm slow and all. Phew. They asked if i can continue after school starts and i just replied, "Errrr, 因该很难...因为很远." For that pay, not worth it please. Plus i think they want to make me do OT because one of my colleague cannot cope and she's going overseas.
