Datelines after datelines.

Super tired. Have been yawning throughout class today.

That's because i've been sleeping late these few days. Had an online meeting with fellow group mates on Friday night to cut down our report. Stayed awake till the wee hours where all of us gave up and said to continue on Sunday night. And then Sunday night it took us sooooo long to cut down, and finally, leaving just a friend and i being the last men standing at 2am++, we managed to cut down to exactly 3k words. So happy! But then i realised we had to submit it in hardcopy. Which i doubt the teachers would count the words right? -.- Nevermind, at least it's done now! Left powerpoint slides to do for our presentation... Super stressed because the groups before us all had videos/games and are pretty interesting. And we are the last group. Meh. Hopefully we get some innovative ideas along the way.

And last night the reason i stayed up was because i was watching WGM la, but that was for me to unwind after stressing over the answers for tutorial which we had to do powerpoint slides and to upload them. Sometimes tutorials make me feel stupid or freaked out cause i realised that there's actually so much doubts that i don't know of.

WGM was awesome though. Sunhee couple is my favourite after Adam couple! The Moon brothers are damn cuteeeeee. Omg.

Anyway for the first time in my Uni years, i was late for school last friday. And i don't know what's the reason! I remembered waking up to the alarm. I didn't focus on what hour was it but i remembered looking at the clock and seeing a 45min. I know i still laid on the bed after snoozing the alarm, but i am pretty sure that was for only 5 minutes. So i went to wash up and prepare, then halfway through i looked at the clock and realised i was late! (i still had to stone and count back the hours to make sure that i was not panicking for nothing) It's either i overslept or took too long to prepare. I'd never know. I rushed my way to school and managed to reach within an hour! Woa, not bad right. Haha, so when i reached, the teacher was taking attendance already. Have yet to reach my name though. Thank god for the surname 'Tan'!

But cause i was so rushed yet sleepy and my class has another girl whose name sounds like mine, so when he called me i was quite hesitant. That's why i guess at the end of the class he called my name again. the most embrassing thing was that when i raised my hand again, he commented, "Oh, right. You are the one who said something just now right there." Hahah. That's because during class, 2 of my groupmates were presenting our answer for the tutorial question, but both of them didn't know how to explain one of the parts, then they seek help from the remaining 3 of us who were sitting together with the class. We kept quiet of course. I mean, i was still in my sleepy state la. Technically, i was the one who suggested that answer, not because i was smart though. It was because one guy said that he's racking his brains over that question. I could actually not bother at all since we split into two groups to tackle part A and B of the question and i did part A all by myself since no one initiated plus i was going to be in genting over the weekends.. But aiya, i just offered my opinion and they kind of just pasted the whole chunk into the slide. So i guess they kind of assumed that i'd help. At first i was relieved that they called on the guy to help them explain because my mind was blank. I couldn't even remember what was my stand when i offered the answer to the question. But the guy kept quiet and then one of the girls was like, "Qian Ning? Can you help us, please?"

 I seriously don't like speaking in class leh. But then the whole class was really quiet and waiting for the answer so i just attempted answering it. Awkwarddddd. Sigh, no idea why they don't just read out whatever's on the slide...

That friday was a long day. 9am to 4pm with two 1hour breaks. By the end of the day i couldn't think straight anymore. Especially when the last lesson was finance where we had that same china tutor we got in sem 1. Makes not much of a difference whether we attended the class or not because the main point of the question was that "You can assume anything as long as you justify them." Seriously? I HATE such questions. Even so, at least teach me what is reasonable for me to assume? Am i too pampered by being spoon fed by teachers in seconday school and junior college or are lecturers in university just too lazy.

Neverthelass, ended the day with an empty train as a reward!

Went to watch The Croods with sissy yesterday at I12 Katong. Actually planned to watch Warm Bodies but sissy was late.

Was quite pissed because she still can argue with me like it's not her fault. Why blame on the bus when you keep leaving things to the last minute? Still said things like "my friend say can reach very fast one!" Ya right, then 30mins later i asked again and she was still waiting for a bus. She ended up taking cab over, something which i would probably never do, but at least i wouldn't be late in the first place. I was trying to keep cool by being talking lesser. Cause i know when i get angry i can be quite unreasonable. Hahah. So we decided to watch The Croods instead. Thankfully the complimentary ticket can be used for this movie since it recently just started screening. Good movie! Loveeee cartoons.

Oh ya, forgot to mention, after i came back form genting i realised all my photos in my external hard disk was gone!!! Thought it might be my laptop's problem, so i tried at my PC but the same thing!! I don't know what happened but my photos folder became a file. And that's the only copy of ALL my precious photos!! Trying to get daddy to help me bring it to those experts to help me recover them. In fact i tried recovering them myself but to no avail. Plus it takes damn long to scan everything. Even so, i think recovered pictures will be all over the place without my labellings. Damn sucky, those pictures are like my memories. I feel like i'm suffering from amnesia.

 

Spotted a dead and semi-dried lizard plastered onto the back kitchen door over the weekends. Totally had goosebumps and scare the hell out of me. Didn't dare to go near that place till mummy cleared it. And the sucker fish died a few days back while the arowana fish died yesterday. Omg, heart pain. Sucker usually damn strong one! And the arowana was so expensive, grow it from when it was tiny to now being so big, but.... *sigh* 

Far too many deaths this year.
