I wasn't really excited for the long weekend as compared to other times, probably because all that is on my mind was the tons of projects.
-.-
But having a long weekend was really good. It does makes a difference.
:)
:)
I shall vent the bad stuffs first. I swear the process for the Korean Summer Program is really getting on my nerves. My parents managed to go to the bank to do the wire transfer on the 28th on my behalf which was the last day for early bird registration to be valid. Thought finally everything would be fine, but no. On the 30th, we received a call from the bank asking for the account number of the overseas bank. Which also means they have not processed the transfer!

It was very irritating because my parents did pass them the piece of paper just in case they need the information (i wrote all the details down). But they refused to take it. And now this happens. Worst thing was because friday was a public holiday, it means my payment is very late. I'm afraid that SNU side would reject my early bird qualification and demand me to send the 100USD registration fee via wire transfer again. But after emailing them, they assure me that there won't have any repurcussion in the late receipt of my wire transfer. Was relieved to hear that, but i realised my parents might have chose the wrong charge mode. Meaning SNU will receive an amount lesser than the nett amount they were suppose to receive. This might mean i have to incur the wire transfer fees again. SIGHHH.

But on a brighter note, spent quality time with family this weekend! Also attended Kin Ing's 21st birthday on Saturday (30th March). Met up with Sandra, Ain, Abie and Saran to go there together. We were pretty late since we got the present at the very last minute. So by the time we reached the venue, there were plenty of people and the food was almost all gone~. We ended up just drinking because we were too thirsty. Took pictures and sat around catching up! Was kind of awkward with just 5 of us among a sea of people. Gina liangquan that group was sitting at the other side and we only could wave from afar when we first came in. Haha. But still, did not regret going! It was good catching up (as always) and getting to see and talk to Ain and Saran whom i've not seen since secondary school graduation! After that, 5 of us went to Simpang which was nearby to have dinner cum supper! Weather was horrendous. But i survived and had a cold bath when i reached home. Funny how even female friends worry whether it's safe for me to walk home alone. Abie questioned me, to which i said, "Of course! If not you want to send me home meh?" Hahah, i find it super hilarious leh! My place isn't that bad la. Staying here for more than 10 years i've never experienced anything awful. Scary stuffs maybe yes, but it's all good. I think people tend to forget that i'm a big girl now. Or that they somehow think i'm too vulnerable or something. But it makes me feel loved. I have a group of very caring friends! <3

I totally love how friends always call for secondary school friends first for phototaking. Haha, not sure if it's just going according to the order of the time we got to know each other, but i'd like to think that it's because we're a bunch of more valuable friends. Lol.

I think the camera and kin ing's brother, who was the one taking the pictures, are damn pro. All pictures looks pretty!

Woke up early on Sunday (31st March) to have breakfast with wj and lester. Wj said lester was the one who organized saying it's been quite long that we've met. But he ended up being the one still asleep, so we had to go to his house to wake him up. Haha. Tsk. Went to the market to eat where there was a lively atmosphere thanks to the group of old people singing chinese songs. Haha. I was super full after that as i'm not a breakfast person and i ate a whole plate of beehoon + cut green beans and a big cup of soya bean milk. Reached home, and not long after, went out with family for lunch. Only ate a little but drank a lot due to the hot weather. Had dinner at Ang Mo Kio with the family, it was granny's treat! She won lottery and as usual, she decided to share the joy with us. She even gave my siblings and i some money each. Heh, my grandparents super teng us one la, always showering us with things.
^^
Rushed report before heading out to meet the JC mates yesterday (2nd April) for dinner at Spize located somewhere near Great World City. Met up with Tahir first at Aljunied and headed there together. Then met the rest over there!

And as i was craving for ice cream, i went to Mac after that to buy the 70cents ice cream cone. I have to gobble it down because the rest was waiting for me. Haha.
Okay, that's all. Gotta rush another report which is due tomorrow.
