Flyer + MBS + Gardens by the Bay

Yesterday was a long day out with family~

Here's sissy and I in the car, on our way to have lunch!

We first had lunch at Goldenmile Food centre. This time we tried the beef noodles! I got the mixed beef ingredients, which costs $5 and were really soft and chewy. But somehow the sauce or chilli taste a little different. Slightly salt-ish?

*sigh*
That's why you can't blame me when i just get too lazy and opt to use my iphone instead of my dslr. Instagram produces not too bad photos lor...

After lunch we headed to the Singapore Flyer! Daddy managed to get some free tickets thanks to his friend.
^^

What we spotted over there.

And this is when i start to feel lazy and just captured pictures using my iphone instead of dslr. Haha. I passed the dslr to Daddy for him to take pictures but he got lazy too. Then Mummy kept nagging at me non-stop for using the phone when there's a dslr. Er, no idea why she doesn't take the initiative to help take pictures using it. Just kept niam-ing over there.
-.-

FREE! :D

The other side of the ticket!
Yeah, it was drizzling...
The amazing view from above!

Due to the road blockage for NDP preview we even had to make a big round to the carpark where we parked the car. Daddy got a little pissed off and vented on the NS guys who were on road duty. Why can't i walk this way? It's just over there! Lol. Poor guys... I even heard one of the guy apologized for the inconvenience and my dad just walked away. Yeah, my dad tends to be one of those i-won't-feel-sorry-for-you-even-though-technically-this-isn't-really-your-fault kind of people..

Thereafter we took our stuffs from the car and then headed to the Hotel by mrt. Ben's family had a free room (again) thanks to their friend, so we can get to enjoy being there too! This time the room is much smaller but still pretty grand.

The view from the room itself (dslr)! Can you see the group of spectators at the NDP preview?
That's small ben in the background. Haha.

Went to Cold Storage to get some sushi to fill our tummy. Apparently this was our dinner because we couldn't call for pizza delivery due to the road blockage...

The view is really not bad! (Instagram)

I didn't bother taking photos of the fireworks which we had a clear view to, since i always tend to miss snapping at the right moment. Then i'll end up not having a single nice shot AND not being able to enjoy the fireworks fully. It's damn frustrating. Haha. So i koped this picture from my sister, i have absolutely no idea how she managed to take this!! :O

Doesn't this picture gives off a computerized kind of feeling? Looks a bit fake. Hahah. But that's the amazing fireworks and the back views of me, daddy, Uncle David and Auntie Sharon (parents of the Bens).

Didn't go to the infinity pool because i was just plain lazy and i predict there will be a lot of people, so i mainly just sat in front of the window and watch the planes fly, cannon shots, fireworks etc.

Headed to the Gardens by the Bay at around 10pm++. As it was quite late, it was quite cooling and the lighting is really nice! But the bad point of going in the night is that you can't really see the flowers and plants. (or maybe i was just not observant enough) Everywhere looks the same and the place is quite huge. We kind of got lost even though we didn't walk that much. Haha.

The view from outside. Using my lousy iphone cam.
See an '8' ?

While walking around, we saw this lady taking a picture of a cat! From far i assumed she was just curious of this stray cat or something. Until this guy with a dog on a leash made the dog sit with the cat to pose for a picture! Then that's when i realised they are a couple and the cat and dog are friends! I was sooooooo amazed because i finally saw a real life cat and dog being able to exist in harmony! Omg. The whole scenario is like so cute! Imagine! The cat and dog posing side by side.

As if that is not kawaii enough, guess what?! When we went nearer to take a closer look....

SO FLUFFY AND CUTE I COULD DIEEEE.

She's only 5 months old leh! A baby! Looks big for her age though. Even Tiger is smaller than her and i think he's more than 5 months old. Super good tempered too! So got the urge to kidnap it home. Hahaha.

I didn't really care for the dog because it's quite a hyper kind. It kept barking! A little scary but i guess it's just a little mischievous.
This is the dog in case you're wondering how it looks like.

And that's not all!! The couple said they have 7 CATS AND 3 DOGS AT HOME!!!!!
That's crazy. I think they must be damn rich with a HUGE house. Lolol.

We had supper at Satay Club and headed home!

Today, we went to Vivo and Mummy bought Galaxy S3. So cool luh. Daddy recently bought Asus padfone for himself too. None for us the kids. Haha. And they very mean lor. The new phone is meant for my mum, but when they checked out the phone they kept pushing me to try out the functions of the S3. I knew the salesperson must be thinking that my parents are buying me the S3 so when he asked i was like, "Noooo, it's not for me, it's for her." *points* Then my mum got embarrassed and start using the excuse that she's too old to learn fast, need me to figure out first then go home teach her. 你以为我很有空啊?!? Okay la, quite free actually. Haha.

Had lunch at food republic. A lot of people and the food is damn ex.
):
Sis and I shared this Korean Mixed Rice. Not bad!

That ends my weekends!
:)
