Please bear with me because this post would be full of photos at NParks! And by that I mean lots of photos on flowers or whats not. Hahah.

The sun in the morning at SBG.

And I spotted the moon on the other side, in the morning!

Sorry I damn sua gu, or was not alert during 21 years of my life. Never seen a moon in the morning before?!

So I was pretty excited when I saw the moon in the morning that day. I zoomed in as much as possible and captured this.

Hehe, so pretty right!

Then I spotted the 2 swans! It's not everyday that I get to see the two swans together uh.

Swim awayyyy~
And just some flowers on my way to the office...

Tuesday (15 July) was an entire day at ECP, and also my last work day over there.

Had a good talk with Sarah over breakfast at Old Town before meeting the Ski360 tenant for reinstatement inspection.

A picture of the dumper we got to sit that day. Our 'mini cooper'.

Then we had lunch at Sushi Tei. Their sushi so pricey?!

After that we rested for awhile before meeting the bicycle kiosk tenant to discuss about their site boundary. It took quite long so I ended late pretty late that day.
Wednesday (16 July) was picnic day! Jocelyn and I talked about having a picnic and have been planning to have one with the interns since weeks ago. And we finally put our plans into actions by having one! Invited some other colleagues whom we felt more comfortable with. And that includes my two awesome supervisors, Sarah and Lili! Plus Chong Hon, Jeremy and Clement.
We ordered Pizza Hut's delivery, but silly us didn't know the difference between regular pizza and large pizza. So when the double box came we were stunned. Damn small!!!! So in the end we got more pizzas and a packet of fries from the food court downstairs.
Total damage was $6++ per person, Jocelyn and I also absorbed the cost for Sarah, Lili and Jeremy because they were extremely nice to us and treated us before during our internship!

The spread: Pizzas, fries, drum sticks, chicken wings and Sarah's raspberry and coconut tart.

Very yums!

We settled down at a shady spot near they Symphony Stage!

The interns and the colleagues!
In clockwise direction: Me, Yvette, Michelle, Chong Hon, Clement, Samantha, Jeremy, Lili, Sarah and Jocelyn!

Hehe, bet it's only us who have the luxury to picnic during lunch! Thank god it didn't rain even though the weather forecast said it would!
Then on Thursday (17 July) we walked to Adam Road for our lunch!

I had a sorethroat so instead of Nasi Lemak, I opted for pawn mee. Nice!
Jocelyn and I also handed all our stuffs back to Sarah and Lili. And we gave them the gifts we prepared for them! A diy tumblr + free starbucks drink + cards for Sarah and Royce chocolate + cards for Lili.
Thursday also means there's Active Hour! Wanted to go swimming but both Sarah and Jocelyn couldn't swim cause of some reasons. So instead, us interns (excluding Samantha who had to be on site) went to National Orchid Garden to see see walk walk! It's within SBG and there's an entrance fee, but since we are working in NParks we got to enter for free!

Here's the spam of all kinds of orchids.

And here's the spam of us looking happy because we're not stuck in the office! (despite the hot weather)

After that, I walked out to Gleneagles Hospital bus stop where Wj picked me up! He damn nice, offered me a ride home because he also ended work at about the same time. Went home to shower before heading out where Wj came to pick me up again. He drove us (Lester, Abie and Zw) to the airport because we were all sending Zw off. He's going to Queensland for a period of 1.5 years!
We had Swensen's for dinner and bade farewell to Zw.

Zw please take care over there! See you in 1 years' time!
And then comes Friday (18 July) the last day of internship. I gave Jocelyn, Michelle and Samantha a small card since we would probably be going separate ways.

And I had a note and Hershey's from Michelle in return!
The team treated all of us to a lunch meal at Casa Verde, one of the café/restaurant in SBG! I must say their food is pretty affordable and yummy! NParks has a 10% somemore!

Smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on focaccia. ($16.50) That focaccia thing damn hard though.

Carbonara ($15). This was the highlight of the meal. Damn yummy!!!
Pizza Rustica ($23) - Tomato salsa, smoked streaky bacon, asparagus and sunny side egg.

Pizza Prosciutto e Funghi ($23) - Tomato salsa, mozzarella, ham & mushroom

Tiramisu!

Samantha, the funny one! Really enjoy talking to her. Haha

Presenting to you the whole Lifestyle Business Division! :)

And Sarah asked to take a photo of us 3 together. For the first time!!! (She doesn't like taking photos) Jocelyn and I were so shocked and happy. Lol.

Hehe. ♥
Then us interns had a 'photoshoot' in the office. Hahaha.

Coincidentally, all of us were in blackish colours that day.

Hahaha, at our desks.
Best partners!
I was sad to leave, but in a good mood that day because I felt blessed and thankful for everything and everyone. Until right at the end of the day my thumbdrive died on me. AGAIN. So here's the long story...
On Wednesday, Jocelyn and I wanted to develop photos for Sarah and Lili, so I gave her my thumbdrive to put in the photos. My thumbdrive was fine till then. Off we went to Orchard to get Lili's Royce chocolates and to develop the photos. But the photo printing machine couldn't read my thumbdrive!! I didn't thought much of it at that point of time, so in the end we split ways and Jocelyn went to develop the photos at the shop near her house.
Then comes the horror in the morning when I reached the office. I didn't realized my thumbdrive was spoilt because I didn't use the computer when I got home. So when I inserted the thumbdrive into the computer at work and it didn't appear on the computer I knew something was wrong. Tried on Jocelyn's computer, Sarah's computer and my own computer back at home, all couldn't even detect my thumbdrive. What's worse was that I had files in the thumbdrive which I only saved in it!!!!! For instance the reports that I started to work on. THEY WERE ALL GONE AND I HAVE TO REDO THEM.
:''(((((
I had to even retyped my weekly journal records because the latest and only file I had of it was in the thumbdrive. So I brought a new thumbdrive to work on Friday because I had to save some files which I think would be useful for me in the reports. All was fine...until I gave it to Jocelyn to save the photos she took. Omg, the thumbdrive died on me again!!! Not sure whether it's her computer or her photos that corrupted my thumbdrive but !!!!!! Why I so suay?!? BUT thankfully I learnt my lesson from the first incident and had a copy on the desktop before handing the thumbdrive to Jocelyn. Which means even though my thumbdrive was a gone case, my files were saved. But this also means that I had to borrow my colleague's (Chong Hon) thumbdrive and I have to go back again to return it to him.
Oh well. Thank god that I saved my files, at least.
So internship really came to an end now. It's been a really good time. I'm even quite amazed because I swear I would always be full of complaints whenever it comes to work. I've got a bad luck streak whenever it comes to work. But with NParks, I don't even complain about waking up at 6.15am every single day or having to walk at least 15 minutes from the MRT to the office. It's awesome, really. Then I met really nice fellow interns who made the whole internship process so much more livelier and funny. As well as having not one, but two really awesome supervisors. Not forgetting other colleagues who were really nice and friendly to me! LBD team, parks people etc. To me it's like waking up from a beautiful dream. And reality means having to start on reports, dissertations and modules bidding because school is started in 3 weeks' time.
Rahhhh.
