Tuesday (08/01/2013)
Met up with Primary school mates, Debbie and Kristin, at Parkway! We had ice cream together at Scoopz for tea. Thank you Kristin for treating us! We had a nice catch up again though most of the time we just talked about school stuffs and the old times. Haha, it's always the same old stuffs.
Went to watch A Werewolf Boy with Rachel at Tampines GV! I don't know why i somehow overlooked this movie when it's korean plus Joong Ki is starring in it! Glad that we watched it though, cause I liked it! It's a bit thrilling, a bit hilarious, a bit cute and a bit tear-jerking. A mixture! Yeah yeah, i cried. But it doesn't mean that i'm overly emotional! Because so did Rachel and almost the whole theatre too because i heard everyone sniffing. Mostly girls that's why. Hahah! Went to have dinner at Ajisen and then head back to change to play badminton with the guys at gmps! I swear i'm damn lousy at hitting far and somehow my reaction is too slow for me to run and hit the shuttlecock. I think i'm only good in hitting those front shots. Lol. Oh man, apologies to those who had to run so much when partnering with me. :/ Had pratas and teh tarik for supper before heading home!

Had breakfast with Wj at Kallang's market. Actually i'm really not a breakfast person, especially when it's holidays. Holidays means i have my breakfast in my dreams.. In other words, by the time i wake up, usually it's time for lunch. Hahah. And i said i just wanna eat something light. (By light, i mean really light!) But Wj kept thinking it's not enough. So i managed to eat a bread, drink a cup of teh tarik and refused to eat another piece of bread because i was stuffed. After Wj went to dabao and pass breakfast to Carol who had a paper in the afternoon, we went to meet the rest at Zs's place. Zs drove and off we went to Safra@Mount Faber! Reached the place and it wasn't what i thought it would be. I think i had the wrong image of Safra@Mount Faber etched in my mind. I thought we would be able to see the magnificent view of the cable cars and the luxurious trees which i usually saw when i do trekking during the JC days. But nah, we can't even see the cable cars...

The guys collected their Safra cards and then we went to shop for their army stuffs. Rachel and i had fun looking through the stuffs, feeling amazed and playing with the caps and jungle hat. We were so tempted to try on the army uniform but just didn't have the guts to. Hahaha. After getting the stuffs, we had lunch at a hawker centre and then played 2 games of bowling. Towards the end of the lane, my bowling ball always slants and the bowling pins kept playing 不倒翁 with me. -.- Nevertheless, it was pretty fun. And then home sweet home!

Had supper with Wj, Carol and Lester! Poor Carol looks pretty stressed about her exams. As usual, the army talks. Somehow we talked about jungle hats, Wj and i laughed at the thought of the previous day when Rachel and i played with it. Carol asked what is a jungle hat. I don't know why, but i said it's like a farmer hat. I think i saw some farmer on tv wearing something similar. Then Lester give me the face and said, "Eh, i'm wearing that in camp leh." And i totally laughed. Hahaha. Anyway the guys received their postings, and will be booking in on Monday. Wj's camp is damn far at Joo Koon, whereas lucky Lq's camp is pretty near. Lq might not need to stay in somemore, meaning he may be able to go home everyday! So awesome.
End of block leave for them.
End of vacation for me.
(lucky me do not have school tomorrow though!)
