Headed to Parkway with family to have lunch together! So happy to spend some time together after quite long because daddy's been so busy with work. Ate at Jack's Place, bought ingredients for making sushi, a new wok for mummy and some accessories!
Went back home and met Liang Quan, Zhong Wei and Nicky at the MRT bus stop. Then there's this crazy bus driver... There was a motorcycle which was parked at the side of the bus lane. Sure, it's wrong to park over there, but he could have just overlooked it and drive pass it because there is ample space. But no, he had to make it such a big deal, and kept honking, refusing to budge. The friends kept calling the owner of the motorcycle (i assume) and kind of complained to the people around him that the driver is a bit sot one. That led to a jam of buses behind that particular bus. And that lasted for more than 10mins i think. -.- The passengers on that bus all alighted as well as some others of the other buses. Damn lame, don't know what is the bus driver thinking. The bike was parked right at the side la, wrong to do so, but at least it wasn't blocking the way...
By the time it drove away, bus 40 just came, so it didn't really affect us much. Met Rachel and Zi Shen at Parkway! This time is quite a failure because 6 out of 16 F2-2 peeps could make it. Really appreciate those who still came to meet even though the plan doesn't seem that 'fun', especially when so many people couldn't make it. :) Quite wasted because we forgot to take group photo!
Lq, nicky and zw came over to see my cats again, because zw haven't seen them before. Truthfully speaking, because my cats are so big now, playing with them is not that fun compared to when they were all still much younger and curious. Now when i let them out, they only think of running away when they see so many unfamiliar people. So yeah, all 3 ran here and there. Except good-nature Lightning who very guai let zw sayang him. Thunder only know how to run far far from the cage. Tiger still as scaredy cat as ever, running away from anyone approaching him. Everything was quite chaotic. To cut the story short, WE ACTUALLY SAW KITTY AGAIN!!!
Yes, she appeared again! At first when i heard cat fighting sounds and came out, i saw this white cat which Nicky was pointing to. So the first thing i said was to chase it away because i thought it was this stray fierce cat which has a freaking fat face. But Nicky told me it has a collar. So i look a closer look, OMG, IT'S KITTY! So apparently i got excited and started rambling things like, Can you see the color of the collar? What colour is it? Omg, i think it's her. Help me keep an eye on her! I go get my parents! etc. My whole family came down to try and capture her. In the end the guys went home first while we were still trying to catch kitty. There were so many moments we could have catch her! Mummy and daddy even patted her head while she was hiding under the lorry. She also ran to our house void deck but ran out again and then we lost her.
空欢喜again.
Still, i'm grateful that we saw her again, which means she's loitering around this area. I'm grateful that she not injured which i was afraid of since there's a lot of fierce stray cats in the vicinity. I'm also grateful that we took a closer look, and can confirm it definitely is Kitty.
I'm positive she'll come back to me someday.
