Durian + Punggol Lalang Field

Monday night i met up with Wei Jin, his girlfriend and Lester for durians!! Like finally!! I've been craving it for far too longggggg. I think Wei Jin asked a few others along too, but they couldn't make it?

We totally don't know how to choose which durian is good etc, but the durians we've got was not bad! After that we still went to drink soya bean milk at Rochor Beancurd. Lol.

And i met up with Xin Jie yesterday for a day out at the Lalang Field! We took our cameras out for a walk, and the scenery there was awesome!

Weather was quite bad in the afternoon, but thank god that it seemed like it's going to rain in the late afternoon. It drizzled a bit but didn't rain heavily. So we got to enjoy some breeze too! Had a nice catch up with her, and it feels good. Just like the old JC days.

 Too hot, so we went to Popeyes to sit, talk and drink. Can totally see i was perspiring right? Lol. Anyway this was taken using Xin Jie's Olympus pen!

So then we realised we only took photos of the lalang and didn't take photos with the lalang. So we walked back to the field.  Using Xin Jie's camera...

And using Xin Jie's iphone...

I said we need to take a picture together! But then Xin Jie's camera died on us...

So used my dslr instead.

Love that my dslr makes our skin so perfect. Hahaha.

The sun was so bright and i had much difficulty taking nice shots because of the reflection and i can't even see the outcome of my photos! Iphone was so much easier to handle with, somehow....

 Lalang seeds! We wanted to take photos of it flying in the air, but apparently it's damn difficult to have the outcome we want... So we gave up.

Ended the day by heading to Heartland Mall for dinner at Qi Ji. Heh, hope to have more of such meetings soon!

Have been meeting up with so many friends like primary school friends, Xin Jie and especially secondary school mates etc.. And many more to come!! Such as Ee Lin and Carmen whom i'll be meeting tomorrow (Y), more JC mates, university friends and even my childhood friends! Which also means $$$$ just keeps flowing out of my pocket.. Boohoo! But it's worth it! I think i even became closer to some friends whom i wasn't that close with, in the first place? That's a good thing!
