Just another chapalang pictures post!

Punggol Nasi Lemak from Katong.
Been ages since i last ate it. Damn filling!

The magic bread that i survived on for both my lunch & dinner on Tuesday, since i had to work the first shift, after which i had to head to Aunt's house to tutor my cousin. $1.30 only, plus my tummy was really filled after eating it!

Only 1pm+ and we're already the 99th customer for the day??

$3 wonton mee. Originally at Dunman Food Centre but shifted to Katong.

Their super hot chilli. Don't doubt that, it's really super spicy.

 Chicky biscuit sissy bought.

After tutoring today, went with family to have lunch at Tampines Food Centre.

$2.50 Carrot Cake. Personally find it so-so. I prefer carrot cake that has lesser eggs, aka more separated, rather than one whole piece together. I actually also prefer black over white, but my parents like the white more? Thus, i went ahead with the white one today. For the purpose of sharing. :)

Lor Mee. First time eating it with crispy you tiao(?) inside.

Weather was still as horrible as ever. Went to Dunman Food Centre to have our desserts again!
Bought almond+longan, mango+longan, and this durian ice kachang. It was really awesome eating them in such a hot weather.

Went to some restaurant in bedok to have our mother's day dinner, with grandparents, Uncle and his family. I was told we'll be having buffet la. Was super looking forward to it, but only to get disappointed. No buffet. Just a normal restaurant. Haha, but okay la, the food not bad. Plus i get to eat big prawn and CRAB! It's crazy though, they ordered 2 crabs but almost no one was eating it?! Then they made me eat so much! Turns out that they ordered the crab because they wanted the gravy.

Ordered other food like, Thai style lemon chicken which the sauce was really awesome, mee goreng, toufu, spinach, some meat and mantou. Pretty full after that, gain back 2kg. Lol. I previously actually lost weight? Like 2 kg. Probably because i've been skipping meals whenever i have work. Shhhhhhh. Won't die la huh. Cause if i eat lunch, it means an hour of my pay would be gone! Not worth! Nevermind, time for me to go on a diet anyway. Gonna binge a lot when i meet up with friends and family.

And i'm going Genting with family again!

It's like Genting again?!?!

But not really...my reaction is,
"YES! Going overseas!"

I know right, so pathetic, go Genting also so happy... Lol. Somemore this time it's just my family alone, Bens' family and Darren's family are not coming with us. But aiya, can have quality family bonding time and it's really better than not going anywhere else. Plus i know my parents, they always say say, but no action done. If not, they'll whisk off to another country, themselves. Or, there's always false alarm. There's a time they said we're going to Thailand, but in the end it was cancelled. Another time said going to Hanoi, but in the end....Yeah, so best not to harbor any hopes, if not confirm will be disappointed again. This Genting trip is confirmed already, so i am happy and contented! Actually i kept pestering my dad to book the rooms la. Hahah, i really wanted to go somewhere to chill and relax la k, even though it's just Genting. Plus this is some promotion, and hence the rooms are free, so why not? And we're most probably going to stop by Malacca to eat! I'm craving for the coconut shake which i saw on the television not long ago. Like super nice! Best thing is it's selling for 2RM = $0.80?!?! So must try! Hahah, i think i should bring my camera along too. Been so long since i've taken it out for a walk.

Heh, quite a few meetings with friends this holiday period, which i'm excited for too. Will talk more about them next time. There is work tomorrow. Super sian. Hopefully there will be a reasonable number of customers. Whenever sales is bad, i feel like i'm responsible for it, especially when i'm doing the first shift.

Aww, ikr, quite difficult to find a common holiday period. Maybe if we can't afford to go anywhere else we can go Genting together! Our 2nd home. Lol. Haven't been to the theme park over there since forever though.

Heh, sorry, nowadays too tempted to take photos of food. Lol. Yeah! Thats what i think too, save money and diet. But please eat something everyday ah! At least i skip meals only when i'm at work, so it's not everyday. Haha. When you come back we'll go binge on all the good food again! ;D I'm counting down already lor. 1 Month 4 Days~!

  8. Yes, let's go! Hahaha, Genting still can fork out some $$, shouldn't be too expensive. Lol.

Hahah, she will get nag and get angry at me lor. I don't have maid for like about 3 years already!! That's why my mum stopped working to stay home too. Seriously? Put where? Ceramic bowl? It never crossed my mind that it can be cooked that way. Lol. The mee not healthy or the way of cooking not healthy?
