Tomorrow is a stay-at-home-and-enjoy-life day. No work, no nothing!
This means i can wake up when i want to, and read my storybooks and BAKE!!! The last time i did my baking was last year December!! That's quite long ago! That's because baking is one of my post exam/holiday activity, only free to bake when i have holidays. Hahaha. So my hands are itching to do some baking now, especially after so many months...
Thus i went to shop for ingredients at phoon huat after my work today!
Muahahahaha.
I'm going to try baking something new tomorrow besides the usual cupcakes/cookies/brownies i always bake. Something similar to a strawberry cheesecake! First time handling CHEESE. So excited, hope it turns out well!
