Ohai! Finally it's the weekends again! Meeting the JC peeps tonight! Hehe. It's going to be a pretty small group since tyn initially only asked me and tahir out. But we decided to ask the rest too to see if they want to join us! We're meeting at ECP for dinner, and I've been there for numerous times these few weeks but it's okay! Quite looking forward to it.
:)
This week was quite a bore actually. Stuck in botanic gardens' office for the entire week without heading to ECP at all. It's been raining quite often these days too, with the past 2 days of non-stop rain.

The timeline that my supervisors came up with for Jocelyn and I. Tons of stuffs to do concurrently during the whole of the internship! And yes, there's going to be presentations.

Ever since Internship started, my appetite for food is humongous. I need snacks to last me through tea time. No thanks to Jocelyn who always bring food to share with me too!
The tarts I brought to work are awesome. Damn yummy please! Gave two to Jocelyn to try!
The cloudy sky and the peaceful lake. The black swans are nowhere to be seen!
Haha, see what I mean?! My breakfast which Jocelyn helped me to tabao from Old Chang Kee! She refused to take my money though when I wanted to pay her. Blessed to always meet people who teng me so much!
^^
^^
This is me on Thursday with my new braces color and bread for lunch! Rushed off to NUS during my lunch break and rushed back to office in about an hour plus. No time to eat (which I have foreseen) so I had 2 bread that I brought to work for lunch! Blue like quite nice hor?
:D
:D

Had an Ideas Workshop at a meeting room at another part of botanic gardens on Friday, so I took a bus to work instead. This is the view while waiting for my bus. Haha.

After the workshop which lasted more than 3 hours (supposed to be only 2 hours), with the fellow interns, we headed to Food for Thought for lunch! I ordered from the Lunch Promotion section - Crispy Chicken Cutlet & Pineapple Salsa with Cripsy Fries. I should have gotten the Butter Toast instead of the fries though.. With additional 10% off, this costs me $8.10! As usual, had a good time talking with the interns!

On our way back to office...
Pink flowers!
Realised this part of the botanic gardens is so much prettier! It's no wonder when walking to work I kept wondering why botanic gardens is all trees trees trees. It didn't really look as beautiful as I remembered from the last visit I had when I was pretty young. Turns out that the prettier side of the garden is near the main entrance. Super nice! There are even swings at one part of the garden!

Had a filling dinner with the family, grandparents and aunt, uncle and Joey at Jurong Bird Park's Ah Yat Restaurant.
#Fatdieme.
Oh right! Results! It was so much better than I expected. I was prepared to fail certain modules. But God is good! I got a C+ but thanks to my A and A- (how on earth?! RE modules somemore!), I even managed to pull my cumulative cap up by 0.05. And I decided to use my s/u even though I got a B for my Gek1540. So overall I would increase my cap by 0.06. Haha. So I guess I cannot slack off the last two semesters. If my cap drops during the last two semesters i'm so going to kill myself...
