☂ Love Rain ☂

So i've been chasing dramas now that i've got more time on my hands. Haha, well...better try to watch all the shows before university starts right?

I finished watching Love Rain days ago, and now i'm currently watching The King 2 Hearts. If you ask me to compare between the two, i'd actually prefer The King 2 Hearts (even though i haven't finished watching it).

Anyway...Love Rain is well, a love story, revolving around first love.

When i watched the first few episodes i actually felt it was boring. It was kind of draggy at the front, and i was wondering why the hell is the settings all so old school-ish kind of feel? But i persevered and continued watching to realise the story would then proceed on to a modern day kind of story...

Same people who looks more fashionable and modern. First thought was that they fast forwarded the time and then the couple met again. Hmm, not entirely true. It ended up that these two modern people are the children of the old fashion couple from the first picture.

Eh, confused? Lol, okay, i shall kope from DramaWiki.

"Love Rain" depicts a 1970's pure love and a love from the present day at the same time. It shows how the children of a previous ill-fated couple, who met in the 1970s, managed to meet and fall in love. Seo In Ha and Kim Yoon Hee, an art student and a shy beauty, met and fell in love with each other during college in the 1970s but unfortunately their love was fated to never be. Now in the present 21st century Korea, Seo In Ha's son, Seo Joon (a liberal photographer) meets and falls in with the daughter of Kim Yoon Hee, Jung Ha Na, a cheerful and energetic girl who's personality is different from her mother's. Will their love for each other keep them together or will they have to face the same fate as their parents?

Ended off with a happy ending. Good enough.
:)

Haha. In conclusion, the drama's fine, but i personally think it's overrated. Didn't find myself enjoying it as much as i expected. Sweet moments aren't that sweet. Sad moments aren't that sad. Thus, not much ups and downs. But at least there's Jang Geun Suk and Yoona uh. Eye candies!

Heh, will talk about The King 2 Hearts when i'm done watching it! Main leads are Lee Seung Gi and Ha Ji Won. Aww, love them too!

Shall end off with a quote from Love Rain!

"Love means never having to say you’re sorry."
