Guess what! I've finished watching Heartstrings (also known as You've Fallen For Me)! Actually it a 2011 drama. Been wanting to watch it for so long, but didn't find the motivation to. Simply because i thought it was just another drama...despite the fact that i like some CN Blue songs, think that Yong Hwa is quite talented in music and singing (after all he knows how to compose songs, play the guitar, and his singing skills also not bad..), and that i pretty like Park Shin Hye too.
The other time i downloaded a few episodes, converted to a suitable format and transferred to my iphone, hoping to watch it with my sister during the trip to Genting. However, in the end we didn't manage to watched it. Then recently i just started watching because the videos was in my iphone for far too long. Plus i really didn't want to delete them, considering how much time and effort i wasted on downloading and converting them. (it took me agesssss.) So i made use of the time traveling to school to watch it! And i've got no regrets! Love love love the show!

Yong Hwa in blue, Shin Hye in red. ღ

I think Shin Hye is really cute! Hehe, love her. They match as a couple really well in this drama. Definitely love this character of Yong Hwa more than his character in You're Beautiful. His character in You're Beautiful was quite poor thing one, in the show he like Shin Hye (female lead in You're Beautiful also) and treats her really well, but his feelings were not reciprocated. But maybe cause he looks kind of cold to me, so somehow in You're Beautiful he didn't appeal much to me. Like he's poor thing but i didn't really care, and was in fact a little irritated because he was kind of preventing the female and male lead to be together. I just wanted the female lead to be with the male lead, though at first i was rooting for her to be with Jeremy aka Lee Hong Ki. He's damn cute, and i personally think he's the more poor thing one lor. I remembered i still cried pretty badly at the scene where he was in the bus, crying and singing to her. Then at the end he smiled cheerily in a forced way and said to remain as friends, even though it was clear his heart was hurting...
Here's the scene..
Here's the scene..
So anyway, i totally like Yong Hwa in Heartstrings! Haha. Though he might not be super handsome kind...

(You're Beautiful)
vs
(Heartstrings)

And besides the fact that he looks better in Heartstrings than in You're Beautiful, his character was kind of cold on the outside, but really nice and caring on the inside. And he plays the guitar a lot! Me like guitar! I've been wanting to learn how to play it for so long. But no guitar for me to practice on... Haha, he's like so pro on the guitar, damn cool. Plus in this show he sang a lot, which i liked cause his voice is nice.

Then they had this couple bear keychain in the show. Because of the instruments, it looks cute! (if not it'll look just like any other bear) Not sure whether they were lucky to find such keychains or that they specifically manufactured it, since it's of such coincidence that Shin Hye plays the Guzheng and Yong Hwa plays the guitar. Haha.
I think what i liked about this drama is also because of their OST. Very nice and meaningful. Most of them are sung by Yong Hwa and Shin Hye themselves. And i think they composed the songs specifically for the show? Not very sure, but i know for sure Yong Hwa composed one of the song which is my favourite out of the few! Since it's the main leads' actual voice, it makes the whole drama so real and as if the lyrics are their exact feelings...
That's why nearing the last part i cried because the scene of the main leads crying accompanied by the sad music and lyrics was just tear-jerking. Fortunately the ending was a happy one.

Okay, come come, i shall share the songs! For now, i'll share my favourite ost song for this drama, composed and sung by Yong Hwa! It's a sad kind of song. Sad songs used to be my all time favourite type of songs. Haha, but nowadays i would appreciate more upbeat kind of songs. Maybe cause sad songs nowadays not that nice? But sometimes i would just feel like listening to sad songs, and this song is awesome! One more sad song to add to my list! Actually the rest are really good too, one of them is by FT. Island, Hong Ki sang the song quite emotionally. But i'll share them another day k.
:)
Here's the video to listen to the song, can also watch a brief summary of the drama. Haha. Please read the lyrics too because that's what makes the song extremely meaningful and sad.
Because I Miss You
Always under exactly the same sky, always exactly the same day
Other than your not being here, there’s nothing different at all
I just want to smile, want to forget everything
Just like absolutely nothing has happened, smiling to live my days
Miss you, miss you so much, because I miss you so much
Everyday all by myself, calling and calling you
Want to see you, want to see you, because I want to see you so much
Now it’s like I have this habit, keep calling out your name
It’s the same today
I thought I’d let go, not leaving anything behind
No, no, now I still can’t let you go
Miss you, miss you so much, because I miss you so much
Everyday all by myself, calling and calling you
Want to see you, want to see you, because I want to see you so much
Now it’s like I have this habit, keep calling out your name
It’s the same today
Everyday, everyday, it feels like I’m gonna die, what should I do?
Love you, love you, I love you
I hadn’t even spoken the words, I just let you go
Sorry, sorry, do you hear my words
My late confession, can you hear it
I love you
