Grandpa's birthday ♡

Had a family gathering today to celebrate grandpa's birthday! Sissy couldn't join us in the afternoon because she had to work. My family went over at about 11-12pm and there were quite a few people there already. Had lunch, where the food were cooked by my aunts and mum. The usual pot luck style. Haha.

Han was there already and i kept making faces at her while she laughed at me. I'm still a kid killer uh. Hahaha. Haven't seen her for quite awhile especially when i missed the last family gathering for granny's birthday because of work. She's K2 going to Primary 1. How time flies. Remembered when i was only in secondary school when she was so tiny. She grew up so healthily and bubbly. So smart too, reading a Chinese book to me. Haha. ^^

She even wrote me a impromptu letter. (no, i didn't ask for it)

This is her reading my letter in response to hers. Lol.

 Han and Grandpa.
♥
They gave the excuse that nobody eats cake anymore, so the cake this year was a small walnut banana cake.
 Han and i in a halloween mood~

Han: "我是苏小小"
Hahaha, she's imitating a character on a channel 8 show who is a hairstylist.
And i was the guinea pig.

Anyway i was planning to do some studying there, but got distracted with my cousins around. Plus, i was lured into helping to bake pineapple tarts. We only did it because the ingredients were going to expire. Hahaha. Nevertheless, it was fun! Definitely like such bonding sessions.
:)

The pineapple tart making process! So blur on blogger though.
):

The end result!
Yummy~

2nd Aunt was the 师父 who led in the baking lesson. Haha. She got excited and drove us to the shop which sells baking stuffs and bought molds, brush and even the pineapple for us to bake at home!
;O
Guess i'll have to start baking during December. Hehe.

Super loooove family gatherings.
<3
Seeing the little cousins all growing up. The boys breaking voices and growing taller. I can't believe Yi Xin is primary 3 already. He still looks damn small. Haha. Quite a bonding session with Tanya and Joey as well. As we have grown, the time we spent together just decreases exponentially..

And i received angbaos from my doting grandparents, 1st and 2nd Aunt! ^^ 2nd Aunt gave me generously because she knows my 21st birthday is coming while 1st Aunt probably gave because she saw 2nd Aunt giving it to me. Lol. 4th Aunt also pampers me a lot la, passing me clothes which she bought but can't fit. My family may not be the perfect family, but i'm really contented with what i'm blessed with!
:)

Anyway Wed and Thurs was super slacky, where Thurs we even went to JB. Cancelled my tuition that day. Sister also told me she made friends with the interns at RWS, and one of them is my primary school friend, Paul Michael Khoo! He's considered my good buddy in primary 3 because i was his partner. Hahah. Yes, i even remembered his full name because it's kinda special and i tend to remember 'useless' stuffs like these. (i don't see myself remembering directions or schoolwork this well -.- ) Didn't expect him to remember me, but he remembers?! Not my name of course. But sister kind of just said Primary 3 or 4 friend, and he was like "Oh i remember!! We quite close! OMG, YOU LOOK LIKE HER!" Hahahaha, I wasn't there but hearing from my sister was also hilarious. Okay la, actually he should remember lo. I mean, we usually talk in class and then spend the time finding Wally in his Where's Wally book. I even remembered we had a class outing and his mum was the parent who came along. Hahaha. Ah, those were the good old days. Where I looked damn toot with my round tummy. Lolol.

Actually, now i'm still looking toot toot with my round tummy....
