Consciously aware of the time ticking by...
It's the start of a new month, September. Tomorrow would be the start of Week 4. Two more weeks and then i'll be halfway through my semester. Yeah, it's that fast...
Just this week i could already feel the real pressure pushing down on me. Particularly dislike how some teachers are so inefficient. Either uploading notes at the very last minute, or giving unclear instructions. One was so blur resulting in so many communication breakdowns. Plus the module she's teaching us is professional communication. Oh the irony.
Have been busy with assignments and tutorials. And then had to try to catch up by reading up notes to fully understand what was taught in lectures. That's because i'll always be too dazed in the morning to register all the information that he/she is babbling on about, or just because i'm not smart enough to understand what is being explained.
Tutorials are just plain demoralizing. No idea how to do them even after re-reading and referring to the lecture notes. Gone are the days when questions can be easily answered after studying/googling.
Forget about expecting to improve my CAP. Now i just wish that i can AT LEAST maintain it.

Pressure coupled with the weather, i got a bit sick. Nothing serious like having a fever or vomiting etc. Well, just a dry throat, cough and eye discharges which led to redness and swelling of my eyes. First time experiencing the eye discharging thing. Scared the hell out of me because my vision is constantly blurred and one of the nights was so bad that i woke up in the morning without being able to open my left eye. Took me quite awhile to clean the dried stuffs away and i thought all my eyelashes were going to fall out.
Yikes.
But my parents told me this would happen when i'm heaty. So thank god it's not because of eye problems, although it took me awhile to recover. I think i'm almost fine now.
:)
Of course apart from school work, i've allowed myself to chill a bit. School work can make me feel so suffocated at times. I need to have a life yo.
Apart from catching up with my shows like Running Man and WGM, last two Wednesday nights i joined friends who had their weekly badminton at gmps for supper. Last week was just with wj, zs and zx. I tried dipping youtiao into my soybean milk for the first time because the guys taught me to. Was quite reluctant at first since i didn't really like the thought of having my soybean milk turning oily. Haha, but it's quite nice i guess. This week Dora went for badminton, so she was there for supper too. After eating they came to my house to have Dora overcome her fear of cats. We only took Lightning out because he has got almost no temperament at all. He seemed kinda scared though. Since his was alone, surrounded by big sized humans. Aiyo, Lightning so kelian, we're always taking advantage of his niceness. Haha. While Dora was so scared that she even stood on the chair, she managed to touch and carry Lightning for a moment! Not bad i'd say. And that marks the last wednesday badminton-and-supper session zx can attend because he's going to enlist on Tuesday. He looks genuinely sad and sianz. Aww, i think all guys tend to get into this emo phase when their enlistment date is nearing.
Also had an impromptu lunch with Lester and wj yesterday. Mutton soup at the bugis market. Quite yums~
That's all for this week!
Start of a new week tomorrow. Quiz, tutorials, assignments, projects. Ughhh.
There will be more challenges ahead, but i'm definitely not giving up!
Let's go~!
